- Guatemala Huehuetenango: A well-balanced cup from the Huehuetenango region in north Guatemala. Balanced acidity with nutty and a sweet finish. Fantastic choice for any home brew method.
- Brazilian Peaberry Dark: Produces a smooth and creamy cup of Joe, with a full body and touch of sweetness. Medium acidity. Best brewed using drip style machines.
- Ethiopian Yirgacheffe: This light roast is the best of two worlds. It boasts the floral and citrus notes of a light roast, and the black tea, dark berries, and spiciness of a medium roast. Good acidity, medium body.
- Ethiopia Guji Espresso: A trendy espresso with a focus on flavour and acidity, this bean from the Ethiopian highlands is characterized by sweetness and a good body. A flavourful espresso with medium crema.
