Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until well combined.
  2. Cover and let rise for 12 hours, or overnight.
  3. Stretch and shape into boule.
  4. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  5. Place into dutch oven, cover and let proof for 90 minutes, until puffy.
  6. Slash top of loaf with serrated knife, cover with pot lid and bake covered for 20 mins.
  7. Remove lid and continue baking 30-40 minutes more, until dark brown.
  8. Let sit one hour, slice and enjoy!
