Instructions
  1. Bring potatoes, onions and water to a boil in a large saucepan.
  2. Reduce heat; cook covered for 15-20 minutes, until cooked. Let cool, then blend until smooth. Return to pan and heat through.
  3. Stir in milk, Cause & Effect Blonde, Worcestershire, bouillon, salt, mustard and white pepper; heat through.
  4. Stir in cheese until melted. Top with croutons or crumbled bacon, and serve with a cold pint of Cause & Effect Blonde.
