Instructions
  1. In large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  2. Incorporate in the egg, Maple Porter and melted butter; stir with whisk until blended.
  3. Heat skillet over medium heat. Add vegetable oil or butter for cooking. Spoon 1/4 cup of batter into skillet.
  4. Cook until bubbles appear on top of pancake, flip and cook until browned.
